Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2003, Phaik Leng embarked on her legal career by being involved in commercial litigation from day one. Over the years, she has amassed a wealth of experience and gained comprehensive expertise in representing both individuals and organisations in a wide array of commercial disputes. Her proficiency spans various fields of law, including corporate, banking, trust and equity, administrative, and tort. She has since developed a deep passion for corporate litigation, with a particular focus on the intricacies of director duty and shareholder rights.
